LEGAL DISCLAIMERS & TERMS (MUST READ)

ALL TICKET SALES ARE 100% FINAL - ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Event postponement/rescheduling
• Partial event cancellation
• Artist cancellations or lineup changes
• Inclement weather (RAIN OR SHINE EVENT)
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Vehicle denial due to improper registration

ARTISTS, SCHEDULES, AND EVENT COMPONENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE OR

COMPENSATION. Performers, set times, and attractions may be modified at organizers' sole discretion.

VEHICLE TOWING POLICY:

• ANY VEHICLE left overnight without a valid registration sticker WILL BE TOWED IMMEDIATELY at owner’s expense (minimum $350 fee).
• NO WARNINGS will be issued.

ENTRY RISK ACCEPTANCE:
By purchasing tickets, you voluntarily assume ALL RISKS including injury, property damage, or loss related to:

• Burnout/drag racing activities
• Crowd behavior
• Extreme noise levels (ear protection recommended)
• Weather conditions

UNAUTHORIZED RESALE PROHIBITED: Tickets void if resold above face value. Management reserves right to DENY ENTRY without refund for:

• Invalid/duplicate barcodes
• Failure to present ID matching purchase name
• Violation of venue policies
