LEGAL DISCLAIMERS & TERMS (MUST READ)

Please read carefully. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms below.

1. ALL SALES FINAL — LIMITED REFUND POLICY. All ticket sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS for any reason, including but not limited to: artist cancellations or lineup changes; changes to set times, schedules, or attractions; inclement weather (RAIN OR SHINE EVENT); personal scheduling conflicts; or denial of vehicle entry due to improper or missing registration. EXCEPTION: If the entire event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, your sole remedy will be, at the organizer's discretion, a refund of the ticket's face value or a transferable credit toward a future event. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored for the new date.

2. LINEUP & EVENT CHANGES. Artists, performers, set times, schedules, and event components are subject to change or substitution without notice and without compensation, at the organizers' sole discretion. The event is not contingent on any single performer.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. This event includes inherently dangerous motorsport and automotive activities, including burnouts and drag racing, along with large crowds and extreme noise. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from or related to the event — including motorsport/automotive activities, crowd behavior, noise (ear protection recommended), and weather. You release the organizers, venue, and their affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. CONDUCT, ENTRY & EJECTION. Management reserves the right to deny entry or eject any person without refund for: invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent tickets/barcodes; intoxication, unsafe, or disorderly conduct; or violation of any venue or event policy. NO RE-ENTRY once you exit. By entering, you consent to searches of your person, bags, and vehicle as a condition of entry.

5. TICKET TRANSFERS & RESALE. Tickets may be transferred to another person for personal use; whoever presents the ticket is responsible for complying with all terms herein. Tickets may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or sweepstakes purpose without written permission. Management reserves the right to refuse entry on any ticket it reasonably believes was obtained fraudulently or through unauthorized channels.

6. VEHICLE / TOWING POLICY. Any vehicle left overnight without a valid registration sticker, or parked improperly, WILL BE TOWED at the owner's expense (minimum $350 fee), with no warning.

7. MEDIA RELEASE. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to the use of your likeness in promotional media (worldwide, perpetual), and release all related claims.

8. AGE POLICY. Children ages 10 and under are free. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult with a valid ticket.

9. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
